By shopping with SoapFully, you agree to the following:

PRODUCTS

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Since our soaps are handmade, slight variations in color, scent, or shape may occur.

ORDERS & PRICING 

  • All products, descriptions, and prices on Soapfully.nl are subject to availability and updates without notice.

  • Prices include VAT and exclude shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

DELIVERY & RISK

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Deliveries are handled through our logistics partner, 4Fill.

  • The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is delivered.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of notifying us.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Items that are personalized or not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons are excluded from this right.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • To start a return, email support@soapfully.nl with your order number and reason for return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

  • If an item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, contact us immediately for assistance.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payments for consumer purchases must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • For business orders, the default payment term is 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

RETENTION OF TITLE

  • All products remain the property of Soapfully.nl until full payment is received.

WARRANTY & LIABILITY

  • Statutory consumer warranty rights apply to all products.

  • Soapfully.nl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where required by law.

  • Liability for direct damages is limited to the value of the product purchased.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • Soapfully.nl is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions to shipping networks.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on Soapfully.nl, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Soapfully.nl.

  • Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

PRIVACY & DATA

  • We process your personal data in compliance with the GDPR.

CHANGES TO TERMS
